Rossanna Madrigal is an experienced regulatory attorney in a wide range of health law matters for firm clients in the healthcare industry. Rossanna also works with corporate colleagues to conduct regulatory due diligence for complex healthcare transactions. Rossanna assists clients with general regulatory compliance (e.g., licensing, accreditation, healthcare program enrollments); payor audits and payment issues; analysis of fraud, waste, and abuse issues (e.g., Stark, AKS, CMP, state regulatory laws); compliance with HIPAA privacy laws and breach risk analysis; and analyzing business arrangements and drafting agreements (e.g., services agreements, management agreements, subcontractor agreements, loan closet agreements).
