Michael Alexander specializes in healthcare law and works closely with clients to provide practical advice to navigate the legal complexities of the healthcare industry. While Michael’s primary focus is with pharmacies and other companies in the drug industry, he also represents hospitals, physician groups, and medical supply companies to address all regulatory compliance matters. In addition to helping clients implement solutions to regulatory compliance questions, Michael assists clients in payor disputes, investigations, licensing and credentialing matters, and board matters. Michael also assists healthcare clients with licensure, regulatory compliance, allegations related to alleged fraud, waste and abuse, and to address issues that arise in the purchase or sale of healthcare companies.

Michael is an active member of his community, serving on the board of the Amarillo Hospital District since 2024.

When not assisting clients, Michael is most often in the kitchen cooking and spending time with his wife, Megan, and their six children.
