As a former federal government attorney, Melinda has significant experience representing managers in administrative matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board and arbitration matters before the Federal Labor Relations Authority. Melinda now draws on that experience to help employers reduce risk and guide clients through administrative proceedings and litigation matters.
Outside of the office, Melinda enjoys traveling, attending fitness classes, and spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and two dogs.
