Jesse K. Fishman

Jesse Fishman is dedicated to finding strategic solutions to clients’ complex legal challenges. Jesse has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and currently focuses on representing employers in litigation, pre-litigation, and counseling matters.
Before joining Brown & Fortunato, Jesse was a partner at a national plaintiff’s employment law firm where she represented individuals in various discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination matters. Now, Jesse draws on her experience from the other side of the bar, advising employers on best practices and how to avoid costly mistakes. Jesse is a tireless advocate for her clients, oft guiding them through the rigors of litigation.
When not practicing law, Jesse enjoys outdoor adventures, including hiking and skiing, with her husband and two children.
