Jacque Steelman specializes in health law and her practice includes assisting pharmacies, infusion companies, HME companies, manufacturers, and other healthcare providers throughout the United States with complex regulatory and compliance issues. She has successfully assisted clients in responding to investigative demands, navigating federal and state fraud investigations, payer audits, and other matters related to fraud, waste, and abuse. In addition, Jacque is well-versed in issues that arise throughout healthcare providers’ revenue cycle, including coding and billing issues and reimbursement disputes. Jacque has also assisted multiple clients in regulatory matters related to Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party programs. She has been involved with developing federal legislative initiatives designed to ensure equal access to care.

In her free time, Jacque enjoys weightlifting, bike riding, swimming, scuba diving, reading fiction novels, and spending time with her family and friends.
