Eric Matthews represents business owners, executives, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience structuring equity, asset, and real estate deals and negotiating commercial agreements. His practice spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on healthcare transactions, including the purchase and sale of medical practices, pharmacies, and other healthcare service providers.

Beyond M&A, Eric’s corporate practice includes advising companies across various industries on capital raises, entity structuring, and corporate governance. He has significant experience in real estate transactions, including investment property acquisitions, dispositions, and exchanges.

Whether guiding a startup through its formation or navigating the complexities of a multimillion-dollar acquisition, Eric’s approach is practical, business-minded, and results-driven.

Outside of work, Eric and his wife, Kimberly, founded 25:35 Water, a nonprofit organization that has drilled over 100 wells providing clean water to rural communities in Uganda. He enjoys staying fit and traveling, though most of his time is spent wrangling his three kids—Layla, RJ, and Sunny.
