Dusty Abresch’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, and real estate. She advises owners and executives at every phase of the business cycle, from formation to termination, and has experience handling equity and asset transactions, restructuring corporate entities, and negotiating various real estate agreements.

Dusty has published articles in the Independent Banking Journal and has successfully negotiated and closed over 100 high-value commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements. She has drafted and negotiated purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and financing documents in multi-faceted real estate and M&A transactions.

Dusty is married with one daughter, lives outside of Castle Rock, Colorado, and enjoys hiking, gardening, beekeeping, and kayaking.
