In addition, David has often advised clients on environmental, zoning and other regulatory compliance issues, including reporting requirements and permit matters.

David previously served as in-house counsel for an environmental testing and consulting corporation based in Irving, Texas, and worked in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm. At Brown & Fortunato, he relies on his extensive and varied experience to guide clients through business disputes and the resulting litigation.

David lives in Dallas, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, working out, attending sports events and seeing live theater productions and musical performances.
