Brad Howard has more than thirty years of experience problem-solving for clients. He uses his unique background to guide clients on strategy and resolutions related to healthcare, employment, and litigation matters. He has tried more than two dozen lawsuits to juries and judges, and he counsels clients through challenging issues with regulators, other companies, and employees by providing creative and timely advice. Brad handles federal and state government healthcare investigations and litigation throughout the country initiated by the Department of Justice, HHS-OIG, State Attorney General Offices, DEA, FDA, boards of pharmacy, the Department of Defense, and other regulators. In his employment and commercial litigation practice, Brad handles court cases, business disputes, and DOL/state investigations in many states. Brad also completed mediation training to qualify as a mediator in healthcare, business, and employment disputes.

Brad’s clients include national healthcare businesses including pharmacies, hospitals, manufacturers, HME suppliers, as well as many other large employers in other industries. He regularly counsels companies on business claims, contract issues, and employer concerns including whistleblowers, wage and hour, and discrimination claims. Brad represents companies in all industries in governmental investigations and lawsuits in federal and state courts throughout the country. He also enjoys counseling companies on legal disputes and risk mitigation strategies to stay out of court and is regarded by many companies as their outside General Counsel. Brad brings his enthusiastic approach to solve any client problem.

Brad grew up in Texas and considers it home. He enjoys meeting and working with a diverse range of clients around the country. Brad and his wife, Nicole, have four children and six grandchildren. Brad enjoys running, fly-fishing and most of all spending time with his family.
