Alfonso Zambrano represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital investors in connection with their transactional matters and ongoing corporate legal needs. He represents purchasers and sellers of domestic and multinational businesses in complex public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings, recapitalizations, and reorganizations. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including energy, technology, and financial services companies with a particular emphasis in the healthcare industry.

Alfonso has a broad corporate practice emphasizing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business start-ups, real estate transactions and corporate governance. He represents borrowers, developers, and other institutional investors in a broad range of real estate transactions across different asset classes.

He also regularly advises clients on a wide variety of operational and strategic issues, including commercial contract negotiations, entity structuring, and general business matters.

Alfonso and his wife Britny have a daughter, Jules, and two dogs, Ollie and CoCo. He is an avid Texas Tech fan and enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
